Denver Sports Spirit Day/Dia de equipos Deportivos de Denver!!

Dear GVE Families

Denver is a community who faithfully rallies around our sports teams. We have two professional teams — the Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Avalanche — who are competing in their respective playoffs. Join us as we cheer on both teams in their quest for the Larry O’Brien trophy (basketball) and the Stanley Cup (hockey)!

To honor the success our teams have found thus far, we have declared this 

Thursday, April 30 as Denver Sports Spirit Day!

Let’s come together by wearing either blue and yellow for the Nuggets or burgundy and blue for the Avalanche! Wear your favorite gear, or find a creative way to incorporate team colors into your outfit. Participation is optional.

Denver es una comunidad que se une fielmente en torno a nuestros equipos deportivos. Contamos con dos equipos profesionales —los Denver Nuggets y los Colorado Avalanche— que se encuentran compitiendo en sus respectivas series de playoffs. ¡Únanse a nosotros para animar a ambos equipos en su búsqueda del trofeo Larry O’Brien (baloncesto) y de la Copa Stanley (hockey)!

Jueves 30 de Abril como el ¡Día del Espíritu Deportivo de Denver!

¡Unámonos vistiendo de azul y amarillo para los Nuggets, o de borgoña y azul para los Avalanche! Vistan su indumentaria favorita o busquen una forma creativa de incorporar los colores de los equipos a su atuendo. La participación es opcional.
