We have accomplished so much this year!
In Writing Workshop, we have written:
- a feature article
- a poem
- a short story
- a research report
In Science, we have explored:
- physical properties of powders
- ecosystems of fish tanks and our playground
In Reading Workshop, we have read:
- Nonfiction (magazines, newspapers, encyclopedias, etc.)
- Poetry
- Fiction
In Social Studies, we have visited:
- the northeast
- the southeast
- the west
- the midwest
- the southwest
We made Powerpoint presentations of our states. Each student researched the four aspects: history, geography, politics, and economics.
